Alongside consulting, I spent about 10 months as Head of Product at a health and wellness subscription company, where I focused on retention and growth. A few outcomes from that work:
I also led the launch of a new cross-sell product line that brought in six figures within its first few weeks. Retention is the metric I owned most directly; the growth and revenue gains were a team effort across product, marketing, clinical, and operations.
